I just moved to Los Angeles, CA after living in Minneapolis for 5 years. Please contact me if you would like set up a TFP shoot. I would love to work with some local photographers and build some strong partnerships.
I am always looking to meet new people and surround myself with other people who are hard working, devoted, and determined to succeed in the industry. It's amazing how much the determination of other people can help you to stay focused on your own goals.
I'd love to work with you, but I have a few requests that I expect to be added to any model release I sign.
1. That I receive full resolution copies of all photos taken, not just a select few. TFP is a trade agreement and if you (the photographer) have access to all photos taken it is only fair that I do as well. Any edited versions of the photos should also be delivered.
2. Photographer & model copyright will always accompany the photo, but will not cover it. An option is to add a black or white margin on the bottom with photographer & model copyright.
3. I receive my copies of all photos taken within a week of the shoot. If photos are edited or modified I would like copies of them before they are published.
4. Photos are to be used for photographer & model portfolio and promotion only. They are not to be resold or licensed to 3rd parties without prior approval from both photographer & model. In this event, profits will be split 70/30 with the larger of which going to whomever set up the sale.
Bah, does anybody actually read these?
