I am a fine Artist, gallery natured works, as well as commercial illustration.

If you are interested in working with me, please familiarize yourself with the work of Dan Dos Santos, and Donato Giancola, to name a few...somewhere between here, there and everywhere. Other artists I love are Klimt, Schiele, odd Nerdum, Valasqez, Rembrandt.  A note to the shy: For Schiele I love his immediacy and geometric compositions not necessarily his blatant and sexually inverted explicit works.  For content I am more of a purist and a romaniticist, and in comparison would jump back to Klimt for an idea of content.

I am also teamed with a photographer, in this instance we are a creative force and we are building a book geared toward cinematic and narrative photography.

Another possibility is the cheesecake homage.  This is an idea I want to play with, but as with all my work, I'd like to bring to it a certain funk, style, or flavor and appeal.

Also if you would like something painted for your portfolio, or a piece for you, for you to hang and keep, etc, this will be looked at as services rendered, and some kind of compensation is necessary. 

Just as every model is unique, so is every painting and every experience.  If you are interested in working with me, please let me know what you have in mind.  If I contact you, I will do the same.

Posing for an artist (in contrast to illustration):

Here's what I'm thinking a session would be like. Meet for coffee somewhere local, discuss whats up and what I'm doing, what I'm looking for. A sitting/shoot might include a few sketches, a couple of quick loose watercolor works, maybe a sitting for the oil pieces I am working on. Lastly all of my shoots for reference are more impromptu. I am currently still learning and am not a trained photographer. I still shoot with a 35mm. I love it for contrast and texture actually. These are either in B&W or color. I never use prints for purposes other than reference for my pieces. If we come out with a few that we like and mutually agree on we can discuss their potential for other things. All of this is based on the comfort level of the model.

I find myself repeating much the same thing time and again. It seems sometimes that models have one sense of what it is like to pose for an artist and another sense of what it is like to pose for an artist, and this is based purely on climate change. (
