Hi, I'm K. Since being actively involved in photoshoots over the last 2 years, I've loved being in front of the camera and seeing the final photograph produced. I am keen to gain more experience and expand my portfolio by working with various photographers, make-up artists & hair stylists alike who enjoy exploring their artistry and challenge themselves.
In modeling, I like to experiment with interacting in different environments and themes. I am a Cosplayer - I make costumes which i have created myself and perform in that characters personality - including acting, fight/weapon choreography,and hip-hop/modern & classical dancing - see my URL site for more pics).
In addition to this, I also am interested in fashions inspired by traditional and modern cultures (Japanese Harajuku fashion, Kimono's, European styles etc), glamor fashion and location/prop inspired shoots (the beach, forest, desert, Church, musical instruments, Swords etc), ... various things from martial arts, fantasy, glamor/fashion to emotive.
With my mixed background, it has been commented that it gives me a unique look that can suite various styles, genders and characters.
I have worked on film shoots and costume photography shoots as both the actor/model, and also with makeup and wig styling (cutting, spiking, layering the whole lot!). Recently, i have in addtion to being in the shoot, I have also done make-up and wig styling for a number of cosplay and fashion shoots, having learnt a number of techniques whilst Cosplaying, living in Japan and travelling being involved in the industry.
I'm commited, work professionally, and I also interact and work well with people and groups. I am open to fresh ideas and concepts, as I would like to learn as much as I can from other people pasisonate in this community!
