I have been a Professional Make-up Artist for the past 7 years and am now based in the tropics of beautiful Darwin, Northern Territory. I offer Basic hairstyling along side my service as a Professional Make-up Artist and carry a hairstyling preparation pack with me to all assignments. I am a perfection when it comes to my work and I always go that little extra to ensure the results can be the best they can be!
I have trained with the Napoleon Perdis Make-up Academy in Brisbane and am an accredited NPMA Make-up Artist. I have also trained with Cherie Patrice (Cherie Patrice Make-up Academy) ; a well established Make-up Artist from New Zealand who has worked in the Film and Television Industry for over 20 years on such shows as "Xena - Princess Warrior" , "Hercules" and with Hollywood stars like ie: Kym Cattrall from "Sex and The City".
Melanie has also studied Airbrush Make-up in March 2008 with Danielle Robinson; an established, award-wining Makeup Artist (Winner 2007 in Queensland for Hair, Make Up & Beauty) voted by Brides, the Australian Bridal Directory Customer Service Award 2007 & 2008.
