I am by profession a costume and set designer for both theatre and film. I graduated at NIDA, Sydney in 2005 in a Bachelor of Dramatic Art in Theatre Design. I've also worked largely in the fashion industry.
Past modelling work includes commerical, catwalk, hair modelling and photographic. Some more major works included doing commercial model work for 'Sleaze Ball' in Brisbane in 2002. In 2006 I was one of 30 models to be in a catwalk/hair show for the alternative hair salon 'Furr Hair' in Sydney. I most recently was invited by BCG to participate as one of their models for an outdoor photo shoot at Pullenvale, Brisbane at the end of last year (2008).
I'm alternative, glamourous and very theatrical. I have also had previous training in basic bridal/fashion make up and am currently furthering my studies in garment construction and pattern making at Melbourne School of Fashion, so I can eventually establish my own alternative fashion label.
I am also workina as a casual at a costume hire shop, so I have easy access to a huge variety of costumes.
I've travelled a lot in my life including Italy, France, Greece, England, India, Canada and the USA. Other interests of mine include dancing, singing, drawing and painting. I'm an incredibly all round creative person, and am not just a model, but am very much interested in this work.
I would prefer to get paid assignments. However, I would also be willing to consider Time for Print/Photos. Just depending on how much I like the assignment.
Hi there,
Cheers for the add.
I love the Victorian, retro-gothic look you have going on there! I think the steampunk look is awesome! Nice work.

Arnavaz!
I hope you remember meeting me at the Pullenvale shoot last year.
Your Mum frequently bought Chinese at the take-away restaurant I used to work at.
I didn't know you were on MM, till Paul mentioned it recently :]
You should start a profile for your costumes too (as a designer), because you do AMAZZING work

Hi Arnavaz,
It was great to work with you. I loved your costumes, and especially liked how you didn't need direction; you just seem to know what pose suited me!
