I am a self-proclaimed "People" photographer, specializing in "lifestyle" photography. I'm looking to develop a style that bridges the gap from traditional portraiture to high-end, edgy, editorial/fashion photography.
I really strive to produce images that have some substance - images that tell a story rather than illustrate fashion for the sake of fashion. I don't always reach that goal, but then, if one achieves perfection too soon, what else is there to work toward?
I've also become a strong supporter of INSISTING that any models I shoot bring an escort 1)so you feel comfortable, and more importantly 2) so I can put them to work holding the reflector to make you look good.
