well try looking up on amazon.com fro kevin aucoin books, you can get them used for cheap. GREAT books, teaches you all sorts of awesome stuff about complexion makeup, shading, contouring, eye shape, lip shape.. AMAZING STUFF! if your interested in beauty, fashion, and stuff in that medium it's a GREAT place to start!

In my experience, people are generally mean because other people have been meen to them and they feel that they cannot reciprocate to the same person so they find someone else.
