Michelle C. has been one of Atlanta's most sought out Make Up Artist since 2000, when she graduated and received her cosmetology license. MichelleC. has loved make up and beauty since the tender age of 15 and has been practicing and doing make up since she was a teenager, doing make up for proms and special occasions since the age of 17. She specializes in Eyebrow Sculpting, Make Up Artistry, Airbrush,& Body Paint.
