note: though Sydney based, i'll be in Brisbane between 5th to 11th of January for the Sunset Sounds festival. So i'm looking for any models interested in shooting up there between those dates [except for the 6th and 7th while i'm at the festival of course]- never been to Brissy before so i've got no clue as to locations, but if you're interested, please don't hesitate to get in touch!
I'm Erin, i'm nineteen, i'm studying a bachelor of arts, majoring in photography at Raffles College of Design.
I have limited industry experience, though I have worked with the Hi Rise Centre for the Arts on multiple occasions, doing promotional photographs for advertising their 15 Minutes Of Fame gigs and am currently employed by Scene To Believe as a good ol' Santa photographer.
I'd really love to get my portfolio up, and help models and MUA's do the same, so its a three-way win-win-win situation. Get in touch if you're in the same boat!
If you're unsure you'd like to shoot with me, want to eliminate the first 10 minutes of awkwardness of a shoot or just like to know your photographer- i'd love to meet you beforehand. I hate coffee but have never in my life turned down a hot chocolate, so if you'd like to have a meeting to discuss our potential collaboration, just holla.
I shoot with anywhere between 2 and 6 cameras and lenses in a single shoot. I use digital, 35mm and 120 film, depending of course on the shoot. My cameras are of a professional calibre, as well as what you may know as "toy cameras". [for the interested: Canon 450D +lensbaby +17-85mm / Mamiya C3 +55mm +65mm +80mm +105mm +135mm +180mm +250mm / Lubitel 166B / Praktica nova 1 / Canon AE-1 / Diana+ / Action Sampler Flash]
Give me models with quirks- I want to capture
you, not an archetype.
I'm available for any and every type of photography imaginable. Seriously! Try me.
Challenge me with your ideas and concepts or let me go for my life with my own. I always have a bunch of ideas up my sleeve, and even if we start a shoot without any idea of where we're going, once we're in the groove, you're guaranteed something worthwhile at the end.
I work on a TFP/TFCD basis due to my lack of experience and wish to expand my portfolio as much as humanly possible. You can pay me in food that you bring along to the shoot if you wish, that always goes down well xD I'm very partial to burger rings and maltesers. Just so you know ;-)
Basically- if you're keen, so am I.
I can be contacted via email on eringrace.b@hotmail.com and MM message. More work can be seen at
