My name is Shelby Novak, I'm a makeup artist as well as a
licensed Esthetician. I can provide proper skin care before and after the makeup.
I was trained both at The California Academy Paul Mitchell Partner School in Sacramento as well as at the Cinema Makeup School in Los Angeles at the Wiltern Theatre.
