I am Bruce Hawkins, a veteran makeup artist, having worked with celebrities, models and professional clients on stage and in photo studios for over thirty years.

Most recently, I was chosen to work exclusively as head makeup artist with celebrity mixologist Darryl Robinson, host of the new TV show, Drink Up for CBS News/ The Cooking Channel



I can easily polish and refine from the darkest of African ebony skins to the palest of Nordic looks.





My work can easily go from clean and natural to extreme.

My niche is makeup design and grooming for advertising and editorial work and I have over twenty five years of working and agency experience both in front of and behind the camera. My work requires me to work with people of all ages and looks.

As any photographer of quality will attest, good clean makeup can make or break a presentation. Too much retouching can leave your finished photos looking flat. Models, actors,  photographers, celebrities and publicists have used my services with great results.



I specialize in makeup design for people of color and detailed grooming for men and male children of all ages. I love collaborating with hairstylists and wardrobe stylists on specific shoots. 



Because of the scheduling of my regular studio commitments I cannot do TFP/TFCD. For photographers and models who are interested in testing with me, a cash make up kit and cash transport fee per model will apply to all shoots in advance.



Day rates are negotiable. I will only test with experienced, working agency models and professional photographers.
