Think old school photographer who decided to try his hand out as being the next Picasso.  I'm a painter now and I feel comfortable saying that I allow images to pose for me in my mind.
My process is a simple but unique one. 
A little music, a moment that feels right and then I start snapping away.
Then when there's a silence or void, I start painting.
