Previously having articles published in Teen People, Heritage Fashion, and the Seattle Times, I have to admit I enjoy writing about style as much as the act of doing it.
I used to live in New York where I worked at 7th on Sixth (the managers of New York Fashion Week) and could be found back of the tents for shows such as Diesel and Jeremy Scott.
I spent a year abroad doing Fulbright research on "The Economic and Social Implications of Fashion in Vietnam."
During my time in Vietnam, I served as Fashion Editor to a Vietnamese men's lifestyle magazine. Before returning to the United States, I was hired as product manager to the start-up team at Levi's as they entered the local market. Can you imagine what it was like trying to style shoots with the Ministry of Culture looking over your shoulder? ;p
I've now relocated to San Francisco where I'm looking to explore what's out here in terms of fashion styling opportunities.
