__Personal Info__
My name is Ryan D'Alessandro, and I am currently a sophomore Art Studio major at Coastal Carolina University, and I am focusing in Graphic Design. There should be a bachelor's degree specifically for graphic design at CCU starting shortly, so I will switch to that major.
I have many artistic avenues, but for this site I aim to mainly focus on the photography, because it is one area in which I have the least experience.
Photography was a seldom option of hobby up until four years ago when I was able to take Photography classes in high school. Since then, I have been hoping to become as great a photographer that I can, regardless if it will be my career later or not.
I am currently a photojournalist for The Chanticleer Newspaper, the student-run newspaper on campus. I have had a dozen or better photos in the paper so far, most of which were for a centerspread page.
Photography isn't my main focus of art in my life, it's actually animation. My goal is to start an animation company with my best friend and a few of our closest friends, but have divisions that work in photography/graphic design areas. It's a very huge goal, but one that I don't feel is completely impossible.
__Model Photography Info__
Getting into photoshoots, I cannot really afford paid work, so I can only do tfp/tfcd for now. I know that this severely narrows down who is willing to work with me, but there are far too many reasons why paid work is impossible for me at the moment.
I can't say that I have many ideas stored for photoshoot concepts, but I would like to have some body art shoots with peace designs I've designed. I want to eventually get my peace designs and other designs printed on shirts to sell, so would need models for that when the time comes. I would like to get to play off of models' personal interests for photoshoots, especially if they have interesting tattoos.
I am perfectly fine with tattoos and piercings as long as they don't detract from the shoot, which I doubt would happen often.
By going to
www.Lord-of-Lost-Souls.deviantART.com, you can find the artwork that I do outside of model photography, and hopefully get an idea of how I approach art and hopefully create ideas for photoshoots.
Just to point this out, mostly all of my photographs that I put on here will have a watermark and signature because I submit them this way on DeviantART.com. I hope to design a standard watermark for myself soon that applies to any and all locations my work is being displayed.
More info when I have time to add.
