About me
About me:
My name is Jeremy and I have been shooting off and on since spring of 08. I have had issues and what not that has interrupted my pursuit of bettering myself as a photographer. But now I'm back, hopefully for good this time, and I'm in need of models to refresh my port. I can only do TFCD at this time though, so if anyone wishes to work with me just drop a line. Thank you.

My idea of a good shoot:
In my opinion the best shoot is a fun shoot. I will be the first to admit that I'm not "artsy". Mainly because I find alot of photographers using "art" as a excuse to get a model to take her clothes off. I'm only 23, but I'm defenitly old fashioned in certian areas. Rather then have a model take her top off and photoshop the hell out of a picture I would much rather have a unedited picture of a model in a t-shirt and blue jeans.

My Style:
Now that I have a solid portfolio I desire to move towards a more conservative style. This is my desired permanite direction for my work. Although, I do understand that in this industry a portfolio filled with "goody-goody" pictures won't stand out against most others. So models, I won't do seductive-sexy or provocative-sexy pictures but I will do flity-sexy. Yes, there is a difference and it's a thin line I try my hardest not to cross. But of course everyone has their own opinion as to where that line exists. The main three styles I focus on are casual/natural, swimsuit, and sport themed. However, I always consider opportunites in other styles. I like to whenever I shoot let the model "drive" in the beginning. Let her do her own poses, shoot where and what angle she wants to get a feel for their own stlye. It gets her in her groove while letting me "warm up" before I start slowly taking back over. Almost all the shots in my port are from the 2nd half of the shoots, they are almost always the best.

Photoshop:
Just a heads up to anyone wishing to work with me, I do NOT photoshop ANY of my pictures. If you look at the pictures in my port they are 100% just me and the model connecting, which is how I've always felt modeling should be. I don't know, after all the unexcusable photoshopping that hollywood/magazines has been doing lately its just completely turned me off from it. It's those photoshopped and airbrushed images of models and actresses that young girls stare at while they purge or just straight up not eat. I'm nobody special, but I believe that even the greatest movements started with a single person, and I would love to be it. But someone needs to show that these alterations are not needed. Models always have and always will be gorgeous, no matter how much time you spend sitting at a computer screen trying to "improve them".

Escorts:
I completely understand and respect a model's right/need to bring an escort to a shoot. However, I have a very strict no boyfriend as a escort rule. Husbands/fiances are completely fine, as are any other male: brother, father, friend, bodyguard. It's just the boyfriends that have caused me countless and continuous issues for some reason. Also any and all female escorts are welcomed. For a model under 18 I would prefer a parent/gaurdian serve as the escort or at least be present at the shoot.

My Camera:
New Primary Camera- Sony Cybershot (digital)
Backup Camera- Canon Rebel SX2000 (35mm)

If there's anything else you wish to know or ask then please don't hesitate to contact me.

I had a great time during our shoot. I had a lot of fun with the sports theme (even though I know nothing about sports). You were very polite and professional and, most importantly, fun to work with. Keep up the good work!

Although we almost fell down the banks by the creek into the water a few times, I'd say we had an awesome shoot! Jeremy is a trustworthy young man who I'd highly recommend to any model. He's very professional, but also easy to converse with and by no means rude. He'll make sure to get at least a few, if not dozen, good shots of you.

Jeremy is an astoundingly talented photographer. He's very professional, yet is extremely laid back and easy to work with. I had a great time shooting with him, and was pleasently surprised with the high quality of our images even though his camera messed up due to an unexpected downpour.  I can't wait for another shoot! -Stephanie L. wow!! well all i can say about our shoot is that it was ALOT of fun im not really one to be outdoors to much and i hate bugs but i had a blast with jeremy. He made things fun for both of us, i think i laughed most of the time...i am not usually real open with new people either but he made me feel comfortable and was letting me see the pictures as we took them and asked me what i was thinking and if i had any ideas. jeremy is really sweet and i would love to shoot with him again oneday. if you are looking for a fun day out and to get some great shots he is perfect...big red sox fan to!!

I worked with Jeremy (Tag Photography) last week on a photoshoot. Being a photographer myself, I'm not used to being in front of the camera. However, he made me feel very comfortable and the shoot was a blast. He got some amazing photos. I recommend him as the go-to guy for great photos. Jeremy has an amazing sense of what works and what doesn't work. He's honest and dependable and reliable. - Harper Photos #1237238

hey I just got my pictures back and you did a great job. Some of them came out so good I am using them in my portfolio and I am so excited I am taking them to Atlanta for my interview. Thank you so much it was joy working with you and the places we went were so beautiful.

"Even though the weather didn't go our way, we still had an amazing shoot, & made some very wonderful pictures! I had a lot of fun working with you! You have such a fun, out going personality and I adore that! Better be working on trying to come up with a better way to embarass me next time!"

Working with you felt very comfortable in many ways. The shoot was professional but fun, and I didn't feel awkward or rushed. We shot in a natural and serene seasonal setting. Our chemistry was fantastic and I felt relaxed behind the camera. I would book a shoot with you again in the near future. Cheers!
