About me
I've been exploring the painting techniques of the great pin-up artists for a little while now and am finally starting to produce work of my own.
I would love to hear from anyone who's into pin-up art and who might be interested in sitting for me. I'm happy to work with any models but anyone into vintage, alternative, goth or punk would be fab.
The Process:
I work from life, so potential models would need to be able to come for a sitting (or possibly two). Ideally, the more time I can get the better, but so far, a four hour initial sitting seems to be working ok.
I start with a drawing, followed by some colour notes in oil, I only take reference photos to help get a good likeness.

Please, only arrange for a sitting if you're serious about turning up. Paintings take a long time, so every no-show can set me back by up to two months. It's not nice.
