Nicole Starling

Hello everyone!

My professional name is Nicole and I am a 21 year old petite brunette. My references will tell you that I am very reliable, fun, and easy to work with, and that sessions with me are very productive. I can work with any amount of direction, and I am very comfortable in front of the camera. I hate drama and dishonesty, so let's not waste each others time. I am usually available immediately and I have a fairly open schedule.

I am a full-time student at Portland State University, currently studying Philosophy and Chinese, and hoping to move on to graduate studies in Professional Writing and Journalism. One day, later on in my life, I think I would like to become a lawyer or be involved in international affairs or politics of some kind. In addition to Mandarin Chinese, I also speak French, but I'm not completely fluent in it.

I have been modeling for about fifteen months now, and I do it because it's a fun and stimulating way to earn a decent income that works great with my school schedule. That being said, at this point, because of my busy life and demanding financial situation, I am accepting only paying jobs (I prefer to receive compensation in cash). However, if you feel that you have a really remarkable or unique project, or something unusually special to offer me, than I may consider doing work for photographs, especially prints.

Before I started modeling, I worked as a restaurant hostess and server for several years. So, if you are looking for a pretty girl to help with a party or an event, then I've got the experience that you need.

Furthermore, I have a lot of life experiences that benefit my abilities as a model. I have been a classically trained dancer for the majority of my life, in mostly Ballet (including En Pointe), but also Jazz, and a little bit of Tap, Hip-Hop, Lyrical, and Modern too. In addition, I have had several years of vocal, piano, flute, and drama/theatre arts training. I have also taken a few photography courses, at both High School and Community College levels, which gives me a general knowledge of what it is like to be behind the camera. I continue to try to work out daily when I can with walking/jogging/running, swimming, Yoga, Pilates, Calisthenics, dance conditioning, and lots of stretching.

I am hoping to add to my portfolio some more non-nude work of the fashion, art, lifestyle, fitness, hair/makeup, swimsuit, and/or alternative genres. Although, I am interested in doing most kinds of work, be it stills or video, print or web, indoors or outdoors, solo or with another model or actress/actor (male or female), on location or in studio, nude or clothed or partial/implied or explicit, of genres including art, fashion, glamour, nature/outdoor, casual, beauty/portrait, lifestyle, fitness/action, retro/pinup, promotional/commercial, hair/makeup, body-painting, erotic, bondage, fetish, adult-themed, and alternative, as well as workshops, tradeshow appearances, advertising, runway work, hosting events, spokesmodeling, and posing for classes and artists (painters, sculptors, illustrators). I am willing to travel some for work (probably about as far north-south as Bellingham, WA to Medford, OR, and as far east as the Idaho border, as well as the Oregon and Washington coasts), as long as at least part of the travel expenses are covered. Also, I will most likely be bringing an escort to our first shoot together, but he won't get in the way at all, he'll just sit off the set and read a book or something.

Previously, I have appeared in thirty solo clothed to nude (progression and intermixed) photo shoots (nine glamour, seven erotic, ten artistic, four outdoor), one solo clothed beauty headshot portrait photo shoot, one solo clothed leg-themed artistic photo shoot, one solo partial nude (lingerie) retro pinup photo shoot, one female-female partial (lingerie) to nude (progression) paint-themed photo shoot, one partial nude (chain-mail lingerie) fantasy-themed photo shoot for warrior and sorceress series, one promotional/educational trade show for Scruples hair care product line (w/ two other models), one clothed to nude (progression) photography workshop (w/ one other model and six photographers), two solo clothed outdoor foot fetish photo shoots, one solo clothed fashion photo shoot for my print portfolio, one partial nude (costumes) fantasy photo shoot for super hero girl webseries (w/ three other models), one solo partial nude (lingerie) video interview, two female-female partial nude (lingerie) domination (wrestling) photo shoots, two solo partial nude (lingerie) promotional product photo shoots, one solo clothed to nude (progression) bondage photo shoot, one nude male-female erotic art photo shoot, and twenty-three video scenes (almost all of which involved working with other models or actors/actresses).

The videos projects that I have participated in require a lot of situational acting, improvisation, vastly varying extremes of expression, creative aptitude, and using stunts, replica props, and special effects, and the producer has been incredibly impressed with my skills in those areas. I receive requests from his clients for custom scenes on a regular basis (monthly-ish). 

Moving on, I have been told many times that my look is very versatile. I have a navel piercing, as well as two in each earlobe, and no tattoos (all piercings are removable). My skin is of a strikingly fair tone (no freckles), so developing a deep tan can be an issue for me. I am willing to go as hairy or as shaved as you want, and my pubic hair grows back in exceptionally fast. My current hair cut and color is the same as the photographs of me with blonde streaks in my portfolio. I can wear it straight or curly, and I can wear either my glasses or my contact lenses. Some of the body measurements and stats not contained in the list on the left side of this profile include: bra size-32B, inseam-30", thigh-19", apparel size-2 petite. Lastly, I am completely capable of doing my own hair and makeup, so there will be no need to hire a stylist or MUA. However, if you happen to be financially able to do so, I love having my hair and makeup done professionally.

My personal wardrobe is a copious, diverse, and well-rounded collection of apparel, outerwear, lingerie, swimwear, shoes, jewelry, and accessories made up of numerous and varied styles, both modern and vintage. I can do classic or trendy, hippie or clean-cut, casual or dressy, tom-boy or girly-girl, preppy or alternative, etc.

I have, and could bring along for a project, quite a few items, props if you will, mostly sporting goods and hobby supplies, that would be appropriate for lifestyle photography (which, as stated above, is something that I am looking to add to my portfolio), such as dance wear (apparel, shoes), softball gear, tennis racket and balls, free-weights and weight-lifting belt, pogo-stick, binoculars, boomerang, frisbees, a mountain bicycle, target crossbow, and lots of arts and crafts supplies. I have at least some experience using each of these items.
