This multitalented woman not only has a beautifully soothing voice, but she is also a talented pianist, guitarist, song-writer, producer, dancer, model, actress, and comedian.
The name Jessie Lauryn, meaning wealth and fame, was given by her mother Jowee who knew she was bound for success. Truly a shining star, Jessie proved her name was suitable. She was born on May 29th 1988 on the island of Oahu in Hawaii. Jessie found her passion for the limelight when she began performing at the very young age of three.
After moving to Hollywood, CA in 2007, Jessie began a new chapter of her life. Completely independent, Jessies dreams became her reality. She soon was signed to Top Dance and Commercial Agency, MSA where Jessie started auditioning and growing in her career. Jessie's first opportunity arrived as she was asked to tour as a back-up dancer for the Disney Jingle Jam Tour with Drew Seeley and Keke Palmer. Jessie has also accomplished a lot in the modeling industry doing print work and runway shows for companies such as Paul Mitchell Hair, Kandy Wrapper Swimwear, and Zumba Fitness. She also recently just finished backup dancing for Neal Patrick Harris in the upcoming film, Harold and Kumar 3D.
Currently Jessies working work with some of the industrys finest such as No ID (Kanye West, Jay Z, Rihanna), Taurus Scott (50 Cent, G-Unit), Rob Lewis (Tony Braxton, Christina Aguilera, New Kids on the Block), and The Legion.
