*TURN AROUND:
I try to get all photo's edited & in the post within 4 weeks of shooting. Paid work will take priority over my personal work, but don't hesitate to remind me & I'll get your photo's to you as soon as I can.

*MODELS:
I am fond of natural & unique beauty.
I am not interested in generic/fake models.
I am just as harsh as the judges on America's Next Top Model and I am very fussy about who I work with.
I am not interested in photographing models with unnatural fake tan, unnatural blonde hair and unnatural fake breasts.
I love fashion photography, I am very passionate and have a lot of fun on shoots, I'm easy to get along with and I take care of my team (I provide snacks and everything!) however I am also completely serious about fashion photography and will not tolerate any less than 24 hours notice for cancellation, Too many times have I had to send home hair & make up artists because a model has pulled out not 20 minutes before shoot preparation begins. This is a new level of unprofessional. If you want to be taken seriously, please commit.
I will never cancel a photo shoot unless I am dying or the weather is so atrocious that shooting is just not possible, these are the only 2 circumstances and they are both very unlikely. (I've done photo shoots in the rain before & I will do them again!)
Sorry to get all serious there, but I can not cancel anymore shoots at the last minute when I have an entire team ready to go. It breaks my heart every time!
WHAT I LOOK FOR IN A MODEL-
- Creativity:
I prefer not to have to direct models every 3 seconds.
Take initiative, you know what looks good for you, so do it.
Posing-
Natural, not uncomfortable
Interesting, not awkward.
-Something Different:
What is it that makes models like Gemma Ward & Kate Moss so amazing?
They're a bit weird looking, not generic.
They use there face & body to make us feel something.
There are endless expressions & poses that I want to see & try...
So hands on hips with a sexy pout just won't cut it anymore! Sorry!
I need my models to help me create something different, something not quite like everything else.
I want real facial expression, I want real movement & strong poses. Not something basic that everyone can do.
Try to connect with the camera!
Sorry if that's all a bit intimidating, but it's just to show that I am passionate and serious about my art. I treat all of my photo shoots the same, I would do everything exactly the same on a TFP shoot as I would do if I were shooting an editorial for vogue (one day Vogue, one day!)
I don't feel good about shoots if the model looks the same in every photo! Unfortunately, I can't photoshop talent.
I believe that Model is verb, not a noun.
