KCJ Makeup Artistry

Born and raised in the city of art and culture, New Orleans, self-expression and creativity was instilled in Krystal at an early age.

Being an artist at the early age of 3, she always had deep passion with colors, blending and the beauty of it in general.  Before beautifying faces, she naturally beautified canvases, sketch pads and walls. 

Once she studied the anatomy of the face and studied various techniques, this self-taught artist started taking those skills to the faces of all those around her.  Krystal is known for doing creative looks, but loves perfecting a flawless face.  The love of art and attention to detail got her noticed in the industry.

Krystal has participated and keyed beauty events and fashion shows in many different areas. She also freelances for print and private appointments.  She has had the pleasure of working for and with Disney, Motions, Soft Sheen Carson, Alberto Culver, Sprite, National Basketball Association, Terrence J, Keisha Knight Pullium, MC Lyte, Kandi Burras, Commonground and of course, the everyday woman/man.

Krystal is based in New Orleans, LA but open to travel.

***TFP/TFCD/TF WORK: This is a VERY limited area.  I am willing to do test shoots with industry standard photographers, models, hair stylists, wardrobe stylists and ideas.  I am professional and like to work in a professional yet fun environment.  Please have your entire concept in mind or at least an idea. I prefer to test with teams, let's make magic.***
