Emilie Jerard is a native of New Jersey, with a big-city heart and attitude. She is a natural designer without formal design training. 'It's a gift and I am willing to share it', says Jerard. She is a gifted seamstress and design constructor who has an eye for style and a flair for creativity.  She is an alternative designer who specializes in PVC material.
