About me

I am a full-time artist with a studio in Ferndale, MI. I paint the human figure and I am always seeking new subjects. I hire models for approximately two hour sessions. In a typical modeling session I will first draw from the model, then take photographs, and these become the basis for my paintings. I have regular gallery representation and I have taught art at Wayne State University and the College for Creative Studies in Detroit.
