Well the only trick I have that I need to use is Cardio. My job/hours suck and when I get home I don't have someone to kick my ass out the door for cardio. I have a good trainer and am hoping by summers end to look far thinner than I do now. Like I said, I have a fairly good set of muscles under all the flab so hopefully that will help burn it faster.
84 degrees f in Kansas City today.
You said Cape Town, do you mean like in Africa?

Thanks for the complement. Wish you were in Kansas City, so I could shoot you. I have some really cool Ideas that I had been saving for when I finally get the body I am working towards. Unfortunately, being Diabetic makes it hard to keep the pounds off. My trainer says, "Dude you have a six pack we just need to take it out of the cooler now."
