My hometown is Sterling, Va...I went to Virginia Commonwealth
University on a soccer scholarship and then got kicked off my sophomore year, for partying to much (I did play soccer every season of my life since I was 5 until I was booted of at VCU)! But, I did manage to graduate in 2003 with a BS in criminal justice.
While in college I was a Richmond speed cheerleader for arena football, and that was my stepping stone to become a  Professional NFL cheerleader for the Washington redskins!

I would consider myself a successful model, but I more look at it as a hobby! I Have been in FHM, Redskins Calendar, Hooters calendar, I was Miss Washington dc Hawaiian tropic, I just did a shoot for WWE magazine as WWE's sexiest fan! I also am one of the Featured ring girls for the UWC! I love Modeling and cheering so much because it has aloud me to travel to over 20 countries and see the world!

I’m a licensed real estate agent (but is no longer my living for obvious reasons)! But I’m proud to say im a nutrition counselor and master personal trainer! Anatomy, fitness, and sports is my life and passion! There is nothing more rewarding to help, educate, inspire, motivate someone to transform their body and their life!

One of my favorite things to do is play poker (I think I might want to become a professional poker player)...im so good...seriously! I love soccer...it's my favorite sport...I also, love the Redskins... My whole family are die hard fans...and my grandfather was even in the redskins band! I’m not being cocky but I’m a natural athlete...I played sports all my life, I was captain of my Cheerleading, soccer and Volleyball teams in high school! I not only love sports I’m really good at them! I will be honest...I don't like baseball... I also, am a yogi!!! I’m obsessed with bikram yoga (110 degree room)...it's amazing!
