I started my modeling career when i was 15, based out of Providence, RI, working for a mother agency who taught me the basics of the modeling industry and media marketing. After 3 years working in markets such as Providence, Boston, Hartford and Miami, i finally made the move into the New York market. I am currently working for ORB Model Management in New York and have had the privilage to work with some of the idustries best. Ive walked in Fashion Week, shot with William Lords and Richard Gerst, and even had the chance to meet the Marc Jacobs! I take this business very seriously and strive to excel. I work very professionally and take everything as a learning expirence. Models have a bad reputaion as either being stupid or cocky, but where i differ, i take passion in learning every aspect about the fashion industry. Ive been known to work off set as either a stylist, MUA, creative director and even photographer. I believe if you truely want to excel in the modeling industry you need to have a educated knowledge of why "your look" fits the mold, not just a belief that "youre pretty".
That being said, Im here on Model Mayhem to promote my image to other models and clients who wish to network and market themselves accordingly. I do have a binding contract with my agency so all client bookings will have to be approved by my manager, but i am more than willing to pass along the booking with eagerness to work the job. I will work any job that comes my way, paid or not; Experience is the best teaching.
