I am an advertising and editorial photographer located in the greater Los Angeles area. I am searching for models to photograph for my portfolio and to add to a casting list for future assignment work. I feel this is also a great place to network. I do not do test shots. My goal is to have a stunning final image that I can promote to my clients. The benefit to you, the model, is that you can be sure to get a high quality, well concepted, crafted, and produced image for your book.
I prefer models that have an Indie/Urban Outfitters/Marc Jacobs/European look. If you're not sure if you fit that criteria feel free to friend me anyway and ask. It's nothing personal, but I'm hired based on my style and I have to keep it consistent. I do not shoot swimsuit or lingerie photos. That's not my market. Also, if you are a musician or in a band I am interested. If you are not located in the L.A. area, don't hesitate to contact me. I shoot nationally as well as locally.
Trade for print/cd is preferred, but I will be able to pay experienced and represented models. Remember, working and doing a great job for me may lead to recommendations for future projects.
