Why so serious?
Modeling's not all serious faces -- try practicing "smiling with your eyes" to prevent looking like you're accidentally scowling. When you smile, be conscious of what the muscles around your eyes are doing, and then close your mouth while maintaining what's goin' on around the eyes. Check it out in the mirror and practice it (it works!)
