About Me

I am a boxer as well as a boxing coach. I work out of the North Burnaby Boxing Club. It has been a great pleasure for me to be a part of two worlds so different and seemingly far apart. Nevertheless, it has become evident to me that the worlds of fashion and pugilism are very similar. Boxers look to historic icons and study their favourite champion's style and research methods of acquiring perfection in them. Unfortunately, not everyone was meant to be a champion. In fashion, all parts of a finished product are much like a championship fight - many people need to collaborate with a common goal in mind and work together for the creation of a masterpiece. Whether it be a championship fight or a spread of a magazine, the two passions share something in common, the strive for greatness which is not always rewarded with the same enthusiasm put into creating it.
