About me

I am a photographer as well as the lead singer of the music group Metal Urbain, who have been recognized as the inventors of Electro-Punk. I am also well known as a Parisian rock DJ. I studied at the Ecole d'Art Graphique Corvisart and the Ecole Nationale des Beaux Arts de Paris.

My graphic work for Metal Urbain has been highly recognized on several occasions, in particular when two record sleeves were reproduced in the book: Album Covert Arts of Punk (Gingko Press). More recently, some of my record sleeves were exposed in the exhibition hall of “Des jeunes gens modernes” at the Galerie du Jour Agnes B in Paris. After an exhibition at Gallery ARTY-Place in Saint Tropez (summer 2009) a selection of my work was shown from September 2009 till June 2011at Gallery Claude PETITJEAN in Aix-en-Provence (France). In February 2010 and May 2011, my prints have been exhibited at the Museum Of Porn In Art in ZURICH.

In 2011 some of my prints were also shown in three group shows, in Paris NoWall gallery, in Amsterdam Sexy Art Gallery and at Galerie La Preuve par Neuf in Paris.

Some of my early graphic works (1976 - 1980), mostly record sleeves, are part of a major exhibition "EUROPUNK" first shown at VILLA MEDICI, in Rome, Italy, from January till March 2011, at MAMCO in Geneva, Switzerland from June till September and BPS22 in Charleroi, Belgium from October till January 2012.

In 2012 I had two solo shows at the Museum Of Porn In Art in Zurich from February 17th till March 15th and Galerie La Preuve par Neuf in Paris from March 24th till April 12th and a group show in Austin, Texas from November 10th till November 18th.
