Hi Everyone!
My name is Melissa, I am a licensed Esthetician and professional makeup artist for 5 years. I own and manage Afterglow Day Spa in the city of Schenectady N.Y. where I perform Facials, waxing, make up applications and lessons. Right now I’m looking to build up my portfolio with some GREAT new looks! I am available for test shoots as well. I have always been quite passionate about my work and I believe in enhancing your own natural beauty. I am a hard worker, VERY reliable and dedicated to making you feel great in your own skin!
I love working with talented people and I enjoy being apart of your vision. The beauty industry has always been a big part of my life while having fun I also take it seriously. Ever since I was a child I had a passion for make up. People would ask me, what I wanted to be when I grow up? I would say a make up artist for the run way models. And maybe just maybe I could make it big and work with the celebrities someday. So what I'm trying to do now is break out of my shell and make my dreams come alive!
Photographers and hair stylists if you have a great idea and you already have a relationship with models lets get together and cerate some magic!
I am experienced in bridal, natural, daytime, and evening make up application as well as more dramatic and glamorous looks. I love what I do so please don’t hesitate to email me with your ideas and questions.

I'm looking for positive and exciting work and I'm open to the idea of TF shoots if you have a good idea. Something that will add to my portfolio as well. This is just the start to making my dreams come true!
