I have been a passionate photographer for approximately 13 years capturing fitness, bodybuilding, senior pictures, sports, weddings, glamour, boudoir, fine art, modern pinup, fashion, as well as tasteful artistic nudes. I prefer photographing people more than landscapes. I offer quality service for my customers providing the utmost professionalism, comfort, and quality at an affordable price.
As an artist, a lot of my work entails creating images of the female form that are not just beautiful to look at, but may also be thought-provoking. I think that photographs are most interesting when they intrigue the viewer. My objective is to create images for my subjects that will enhance an individual's inner and outer beauty and at the same time draw thoughts or questions from the viewer. Often my images represent the strength of the subject as well as they may have the ability to seduce the interpreter. With that being said, my images aren't always appreciated by everyone. My style crosses what one may find in popular Men's magazines as well like Maxim, American Apparel, or Playboy and I like Black & White, edgy, images too.
My first memory of me wanting to capture the moment was when I was around twelve years of age. I remember initially losing interest in photography after ruining an entire roll of film that was important to me. Years later, when my daughter was born, I again felt the need to capture each and every moment of our lives. Images of my family and my work would be passed on for generations to come.
A passionate photographer does his due diligence in order to learn his craft. This is accomplished with hours of practice including a lot of trial and error. I read a lot of books, magazines of the trade, attend group shoots, and observe other professionals working in the field.
My home library contains a fairly extensive amount of references pertaining to photography, lighting, posing, Photoshop techniques, as well as it contains portfolios of some of the greatest influences of the past and the present. These references can also help to provide ideas as I consult with my clients and gain ideas prior to our scheduled shoot.
I have been influenced by many talented photographers such as Richard Avedon, Annie Leibovitz, David Lachapelle, Rolando Gomez, Bill Lemon, Guido Argentini, and my favorite, the late Helmut Newton.
Whenever possible, I try to spend time with my clients prior to the actual shoot so we can gain a mutual understanding of our goals and gain mutual comfort with each other. My best work has been done when there has been a synergy of both of our visions.
I do very select TFCD work now that I have a broadened portfolio, however, my fees are very reasonable and I would consider trade to help my portfolio. Various factors that can determine the fee for a shoot including length of shooting time, travel, locations, use of studio and editing. I dont mind traveling for an on-location job, especially if you have an area with an attractive backdrop that will suit our vision. If I reach out to you to shoot, it is usually not for charge.
I own high-end lighting, backdrops, soft boxes, beauty dishes, wind machines, fog machines as well as other equipment suited for the studio setting and there is an expense for wear and tear of this equipment. I also use software to edit your images when done and this takes up a significant amount of my time.

"The woman creates life; she is the one who makes our spiritual growth possible, although she may not realize it. She is the catalyst that brings about the chemical reaction leading to the creation of a 'new man.' Just as mixing oxygen and hydrogen results in water, a new element, a woman can lead the man to elevate himself to a different condition, a condition he will never reach in the absence of the feminine element."
Guido Argentini
