Basic retouching includes: skin smoothing, removing of blemishes, generally removing objects that distract the viewer or look out of place, adjusting the colour and white balance. This is basically just beautifying the image and can in some cases also include the application of digital makeup.

My retouching rates are very reasonable starting at $10 an image. I can reduce this for "bulk lots" needing basic retouches like skin and colour work.
