About me
I just moved to NYC, for the last two years I've been living and working in Wellington, New Zealand. I'm available for all types of Makeup work. My skills range from corrective/glamour to bodypainting, to prosthetic Makeups and everything in between.
Education
Internship at Masters FX in Vancouver, BC.
2008 — I interned at Masters FX for 2 weeks/80hrs, where I learned to make and apply “bondo” prosthetic transfers, and plastic-encapsulated silicone prosthetics. I also gained experience mould-making using plaster, silicone, and 1630 resin as well as prosthetic eye construction.
Vancouver Film School (VFS)
2008 — Makeup Design for Film and TV, Full-time program. VFS’ makeup program is a full-year program covering: Airbrushing, life casting, sculpting, moulding, prosthetic construction using gelatin and foam latex, over the head mask construction, anatomy and physiognomy, corrective makeup, Photoshop, glamour & fashion makeup, makeup history, stage makeup, hairstyling & wigs, ventilated hair pieces, hand tied wigs, hair laying/punching. I graduated December 19th 2008.
