Immigration attorney by day, athlete in the evening, photographer and artist at night, and superhero on weekends. I work in various media: paint, pen and ink, sculpture, illustration.
I am currently working on a new portfolio for winter 2009. My primary artistic focus is on the human form. I have several goals in my art, to capture the critical and fleeting narrative moment, to imbue my art with color and mood and heart-passion, to present my subjects in super- or hyper-mundane ethereality, to hide within meaning and depth.
I do all of my own editing/photoshop.
I have several projects soon to be online (hopefully by December) including lots of fun projects to tickle, to prod, to evoke, to emote.
Personal projects I am interested in (although I would love to explore any ideas you may have):
1. stylized zodiac and astrological series;
2. Forlorn/abandoned/runaway girlfriend series;
3. Goth Alice in Wonderland series;
4. Detective Noir series;
5. Elegant Halloween-related editorial-type series;
6. Post-apocalyptic &/or steampunk
