Hey! My name is Kate and I'm a self-taught photographer and photoshopper. I'm young (21) and still learning things in this fun & creative industry.
My passion is everything art - from photography, to sculpture, to floristry to drawing...you name it, I've probably done it.
I'm happy to do most types of photography, but I don't do nudes, so anything but. I'm really not interested in the swimwear, guy gawking kinda shoots either as I think there's enough of that already out there.
I like to work on location, as I think it's a more attractive and interactive backdrop...plus I don't have a studio lol. I don't mind getting dirty or in odd positions to take a great photo...in fact, I recommend it!
My style = Nature, High Fashion, expressive, vintage, grunge, fantasy, surreal, sci-fi, funky, fictional, girly, 50's pinup, Japanese styles.... So I'd love to keep getting better at these styles with models, MUA's, hair stylists, fashion designers & body painters!
I also do my own editing...so that'd be included in the shoot also :) As well as all the edited shots on a CD (High res, non-watermarked, to everyone that worked on the shoot). I only give my final product, so generally don't like giving unedited, raw images =) And I'd prefer if you used the watermarked ones I make on sites such as this, so I can get my name out there more. =)
Since I'm making this into my career now, I'm limiting my TF shoots, unless I'm totally in love with an idea and I come to you =) My prices are very reasonable.
I also am currently doing TFCD shoots with designers, as I'm really, really wanting to get into fashion editorial work more. Hoping someday I can submit work to Frankie or the like :) *fingers crossed* So I'm always looking for new, local designers...so we can climb this fashion ladder together!
