Firstly, thank you for visiting my Make Up Artistry portfolio :)
My name is Nicky, I'm a 21years old and based in Nottingham.
I'm a Qualified Make Up Specialist (NVQ, Level 3) in all genres of makeup, especially editorial and special effects/prosthetics, but also theatre and tv/film make-up.
However, I've been personally heavily involved in Make-Up for the last four years.
I can work with any skin colour/type, whether it be for a more natural look, or something extremely glamerous (which is what I usually prefer). Concerning FX, I can also do scarring, bruising, chopped off fingers, extreme aging, as well as other type of wounds - JUST ASK!!
Most of my makeup is by MAC/MAC Pro and MakeUp Studio Professional, so quality makeup is guaranteed. My Special Effects (SPFX), is mostly made up of Ben Nye Makeup.
My future goal is get a job working for my favourite makeup label (MAC). I'd also like to become more confident/qualified in hair (and recently deferred my place at University to achieve this - I was accepted @ Manchester and West Thames).
My dream job would be to work in tv/film and on the famous fashion shows around the world.
