I am in my mid thirties and have spent the last fifteen years in botany and bioengineering.
I am married to the most beautiful woman in the world and she has blessed me with two beautiful children. She is the most beautiful woman I have ever photographed. She is the reason I have gotten involved in glamour photography.
If I could build my entire portfolio with one model I would.
Why Photography……….
The beauty of life has always intrigued me. It is absolutely amazing how such a simple light and carbon process has created such an array of complex life forms. We all take for granted our very existence and fail so often to realize the most unlikely combination of events that has led to our existence. By the vary laws of the universe we should not exist. But we do……..and in doing we should capture and record every minute of it.
We have been given the mind to be able to recognize and judge uniqueness and rarity which we call beauty. When nature achieves perfection! For nature to achieve anything within the violence of the universe around us is incredible.
When perfection is achieved we look to God for explanation. Is this a representation of how rare beauty is or how little we know of the process of life?
To the model, beauty is something born with…. Discovered only through the constant attention of others. This attention delivers a right of royalty. Those few born with the right combination of features quickly learn to use the captivating power of their birthright. So they should. Not using ones beauty to enhance ones life would be like throwing away a lottery ticket because the money was not earned. (The guy who wins and donates all to charity…. noble but foolish)
To the photographer beauty is discovered like a four leaf clover or a rare orchid. Imagine if you were walking through a rainforest and saw the most beautiful flower in the world but when you went to photograph, it curled up and would not let you. To a photographer that is a heartbreaking scenario. The drive of the photographer is to capture the beauty of life and secure it for all to enjoy. (Beauty is temporary this is why we place so much energy on its capture)
What I hope to achieve with MM……….
With the assistance of MM I will to build my portfolio, as well as a solid reputation as a creative and professional glamour photographer. I also wish to help models who work with me build their portfolis so they may go on to build successful and meaningful careers achieving their goals.
How I operate:
If you indicate on your page, a willingness to model I will message you with an invite to meet and discuss a shoot. I will only do this after you have accepted my FR. Request. (Please dont accept my FR if you dont plan on comunicating. Friends comunicate and work together to have fun and create.)
If I send you a message please have enough respect to message me back to let me know you have received my message even if you don’t want to shoot. I will not bother you if you don’t feel confident in my abilities.
If I see you are clearly advanced beyond my abilities I will not message you and waste your time. If I do message you, then you, like myself, are not yet professional and need practice. Practice is what success is made from. My wife, is very skilled in makeup and will be present for shoots.

Human existence expands with creativity. Creativity hones art. The human race cannot advance without it. It’s what separates us from the animals. I would love your input and would be honoured to work with a creative mind.

My expectations of models.
I am very easy to work with. I dont believe in high pressure situations. I find I get the best results when those around me are relaxed and enjoying themselves. Being in a positive state of mind is definatly a requirment when working with me.
Another requirment is contact. I understand peoples live are unpredictable at the best of times. I understand that people have bad days for a multitude of reasons. If you are unable to show up (I will never judge the reason.... it is your life) please respect me and call to let me know. The reason is none of my business and I will respect that. Letting me know respects my time and my life. I am never in a rush I would rather wait for when the model is in the best mood and having a good day to shoot.
This is my attidude for portfollio shooting.
When I am shooting contract work for a client with MUA and Hair Stylists Etc. I, like any other photographer, expect professionalism. I expect all commited individules inolved in a shoot to show up on time and ready to go. I cannot work with flaky people in a buisness situation.
Nudes.....
I have to admit some confusion here.....Shyness and modeling .....funny mix.
I personally believe the entire human body is beautiful. However I would never request a nude from a model unless she/he has indicated the desire for such images, or a client requests it for a project. Pressure makes for uncomfortably, which makes for bad shots, which makes for a waste of time.
