"Tuan was awarded the prestigious Gloria Medal by the National Sculpture Society in 1994; Created the Vietnam War Memorial in Westminster, California, which was unveiled in 2003 and features his 15' bronze sculpture of an American and South Vietnamese soldier side-by-side in friendship and an exquisite bronze urn containing an eternal flame;the memorial became a Westminster city landmark where a hundred of thousand people came to visit every year, Tuan won a gold metal award in 2006 from California art club,Tuans heroic Rendezvous became a permanent part of Heisler Park in Laguna Beach, California in 2007; In 2008, his magnificent 18’ bronze heroic of Saint Therese the little flower was dedicated at the Little Flower Catholic Church in Mobile, Alabama ; and a large collection of Tuans other heroic sculptures may be found adorning The Plaza in downtown Orlando, Florida.
In addition to the installations mentioned above, Tuan has created an impressive body of bronze sculptures that can be found in private collections and on public display throughout the United States and beyond."
