sure, it's better when you are used to the cam, but what were you using before?
Anyway I also have a manual film Nikon :P Nothing to get used to, set the speed and aperture and go :P

Hey, didn't you notice my invitation to be your model? I would let you use my camera of course ;) wether or not is a good camera, I don't know, but it's quite a decent full frame camera... D700... But maybe you prefer films?
