I have no problem doing TFP with models and building up new portfolios.  I do hire several models each year for paid projects and shoots.  I work around Florida with several agencies.  While I'm not a agent I do keep a small pool of models I can use when gigs come up.  I also like to shoot with new models and use those pictures for promoting you in front of clients.
