I'm a fetish photographer living in Key West. I do bondage work (bet you wouldn't have guessed that looking at the photos!) and am in the process of putting together a fem dom themed site so I will be expanding the pool of models I shoot with a bit there. Rants, comments and other things I need to get off my chest
- I don't shoot fashion so don't ask!
- One of the things I love about what i do is that I can make a movie in which an actress is kidnapped put bound and gagged in a basement, simulate her rape and murder and that movie will be rated R, if i don't show her naked or get graphic with her murder it can show up on primetime TV if it's in repeats it shows up on basic cable at noon but if i make photos/video clips of a woman actually having fun being bound and gagged someone out there will be screaming "that's obscene!" also a fully clothed woman bound and gagged can show up in one primetime tv, soap operas, old episodes of Gilligan's Island hell even in Scooby Doo cartoons but if it's in an avatar I have to deal with some moderator trying to kick me off this site. Yes I realize it's their site and their rules but that doesn't mean I can't point out just how stupid that rule is.
- Yes Nudity is always required for bondage work. I will work with a non nudity model but you have to have a draw. I don't work with the "I don't do nudity but I just want your money" types
- I miss the days of Captain Crunch and saturday morning cartoons!
- Not a fan of escorts. I have allowed them in the past and I know YOUR escort is different but I have yet to see proof of that in my experience. Stop being lazy check a damn reference
- I am a smartass and I say inappropriate/unprofessional things all the time. Shoots are business but I'm not going to be a corporate pinhead in my attitude
- My shoots are fun and relaxed and as long as I get what I am after I will let the model control the pace
- Fashion photography bores me. The photography is or can be technically amazing, the model can be one of the most beautiful women on the planet but the finished product puts me to sleep
- When I see a photo of a model practically doing acrobatics to cover her nipples I laugh at how stupid it is. They are nipples yours aren't something special and don't need to be protected at all costs.
- Models who have managers are marginally smarter than the moron they have managing them.
- I want a muse to drive me crazy, sanity is overrated
- My true art is writing, photography was the result of a bar bet that turned into a way of making a living
- I once quit a job and they asked me why? and I told them I like chicken on thursdays and walked out. I wonder if they still are trying to figure that one out?
- I don't want to shoot your wedding, your children, or even the "pre-child porn" of you pregnant
- I don't talk models into shooting something. You either want to do it or don't. Too many don'ts and we don't work together it's that simple. No need to get upset about it, I simply say NEXT

- Art doesn't require money. it requires passion
- Pinup shots from the 40's and 50's are amazing. Present day pinup stuff is just copying plain and simple
- I would rather you glow in the dark than have a damn spray on tan! That crap is a pain in the ass to photoshop evenly

- I don't add male models. I don't shoot men so serves no purpuse to add you
