Thank you for visiting my page! My birth name is Shary. I'm modeling under the name Jade Madison but you guys can just call me Jade for short =] (Yes I am the model formerly known as Brooke Black)

I am an aspiring model/actress who would love to gain more work and exposure in the industry by working with the very best professionals in the business. I am a college student with a very flexible schedule. Background in modern dance and ballet, cheerleader for 4 years. Played soccer (center field), Tennis and Track and Field. Very fun and outgoing personality. I have not had much work in the industry but I learn quick and easily and have been told that I follow directions really well.
