L. Henley Collins is a multifaceted woman of God based in Atlanta, Georgia who has a heart for worship and a love for ministry, art and the fashion world.

Always a creative person, her birth into the fashion industry began nearly ten years ago in New Jersey with her first handbag collection. A high school drop out, she had not graduated from high school much less gone to school for fashion design and had never touched a sewing machine, but she was driven by a calling. Since then, her company, Lisa Henley Couture, has grown from simple, draw string tapestry handbags to couture clothing and Small Run Industrial Production. With her 10th year quickly approaching, she is making some God ordained changes. "The Lord told me earlier this year that I had not been operating in ALL of my gifts and asked if I was ready to let go of who I created myself to be to be all that he's created me to be. I am. With that, I am now taking steps to operate fully. I will be receiving my ministers license shortly and will be implementing things that have been lying dormant for the past few years. Things like "theVAC" which is going to blow peoples minds and an online magazine launching in 2012. I am so excited about my now and my future and I AM fully committed."

This newly married, ambitious mother of two and step mother of three, never slows down. With a new marriage, ministry, non profits and a new art and jewelry collection called Beautiful Broken Pieces in the works, she keeps up a very busy lifestyle with a lot of sleepless nights becoming "all of who I was created to be". " Beautiful Broken Pieces was birthed out of my life experiences. Having been "broken" in many places, the Lord ministered to me through the process of creating my art. This process clearly showed me that anything or anyone that has been broken can be put back together to create something beautiful. The Beautiful Broken Pieces Movement is for anyone who has been "broken" and put back together through relationship with God the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit."

Having been singing since the tender age of four, it's no wonder that music and worship would be staples in her life. "Worship is my one on one communication with God where you honor Him just for who HE is. Worship sets the tone for ministry by inviting the Lord in and giving Him liberty to move by His Spirit. And, as a worship "leader", it's very important to have "been" where you are trying leading others. It's impossible to lead someone where you have not been if you don't know the way.Worship is a way of life."

Her talk show, theLIGHTcast "keeps it positive" featuring guest who are casting a light of hope peace and encouragement in their community and throughout the world. "we don't promote anything negative on the show. There is already so much negativity in the news and in life itself that we wanted to be a light in a dark place by promoting the positive." theLIGHTcast will be returning next season to a new station soon to be announced.

People say that L's talent and huge heart drive her to excellence and keep her going, striving to make the lives of others better. They are right.
