Thanks for checking out my page,
A little about myself I'm an artist turned architect. The professional philosophy I've developed and followed could simply be called "Follow the Form". Think of it this way has anyone ever had to tell you what an attractive person looks like? Hopefully probably not. Most of us are hard wired that way a good design, figure drawing or even building should tap into some of that.
So I draw every chance I get & when you look at my buildings, furniture and art the subtle curves and proportioning of the human form is built in. Most people seem to like it, although they couldn't tell you why. In my mind that's good design.
I do (2) types of sittings the first is just drawing it's set up the same way as any college level figure drawing class. 1 minute poses for 15 minutes, 5 minute poses for a half hour (2) 15 minute poses (1) half hour long pose.
The second type of sitting is more like a photo shoot, I use photography as my set-up medium for my charcoal pencil and ink wash paintings, and each photo-shoot lasts approximately 1 hr, and consists of 50-100 photos. This type of sitting is normally for creating commercial art. If the model is interested in doing a TFP shoot a CD will be made available of the shoot & if he or she is interested in purchasing the original art or print a knock down rate can be negotiated.
