By background is in videography and I shoot photos and video for
www.GraceAndBeauty.com with my husband Jay (MM#226125), this is the website we run together.
When hiring models, we offer 2 payment options....
1. Our version of "TFP" which is really a "TFP/Paid" combination of paid & trade. In this plan, we pay the model 1/2 the regular rate, _and_ provide them with a full CD of the entire shoot (usually 1000+ images) for their own use. We also offer PhotoShop finishing on 12 images of the model's choice to use for their portfolio, or other personal use. We offer assistance with building profiles and promotion, if desired.
2. Our "Full Paid" plan pays our full hourly rate, but without the CD of the shoot, etc.
In both cases, the model gets a perpetual membership to the galleries so you can always access their photos & videos.
While we wish we could work with everyone who gets in touch, the reality is that we have a limited amount of time and budget to operate with, so models seeking the "TFP/Paid" option 1 above, are our preferred choice. Still, if the TFP benfits are not helpful to you, please get in touch anyway, and we can see what we can do.
For my own photography I am also interested in portraiture, event photography, glamour, and boudoir. I would love to trade some photos for experience with these types of photography.

If you are coming to Portland, Oregon for some work and looking for a way to keep travel expenses down, perhaps we can help. My husband Jay and I have a large comfortable house with a guest room & bathroom to offer. (No smoking or drugs) If your look fits what we need for GraceAndBeauty.com or some other project we are working on, we're glad to arrange a trade of lodging in exchange for modeling. If we don't have a need for your look at present, we are still open to offering a place to stay for much less than a hotel would cost, sort of a low cost B&B arrangement at $50/night. Feel free to write to any models on our friends lists for references about us. If we don't know you yet, we might ask for the same.
