Welcome to my space on Model Mayhem!
A little about me and my policies:
I love to shoot. Because of this I have made myself extremely busy traveling this beautiful country, shooting some really beautiful and amazing people. Contact me through my website (www.iamscottlee.com) if you like what you see and would like to set something up. I'd love to work with you!
I am a professional photographer, which means this is how I make my living and pay my bills. If I agree to do a TFP/CD shoot, it means that I will shoot your session for free. You will get to see unfinished watermarked photos on my website that you can use for profile pics, online, etc, as long as there are no changes made to the images (it's illegal to make changes - check current copyright laws if you don't believe me). These images are always watermarked, no exceptions. You can choose 2 low-res images (web ready - not for print), watermark free and fully edited, for you to have free of charge. Any additional photos will have to be purchased through me. I do offer the High-Res Disc with a Rights to Reproduce form if that's something you may be interested in. You do not get this form with the TFP/CD. Otherwise, my rates are fairly reasonable for the product and service I provide. If you have any questions please feel free to contact me.
My end goal is to give you classy, artistic photos that you would not be embarrassed or ashamed to share with close friends and family. I do feel there is a time and place for "artistic" nudes, however I'd much rather shoot you with clothes on. I feel there is much to be said about leaving things up to the imagination. However, if you are looking for a session that is nude themed, I will require an escort. Most of the time I have my assistant with me, so very rarely will it be just the two of us.
If we set up a session, paid or not, please show up on time and don't call me an hour before the shoot to cancel because you don't have ride or whatever your excuse may be. Seriously, most of the time we set these things up at least several days in advance, so I know you've had plenty of time to work out the details, as have I. My time is very valuable and occasionally I get asked by other industry professionals for recommendations on models for paid gigs, and those who are the most professional and respectful of my time get my recommendation. So even though it may seem like you're not gaining a lot at the time, and you would rather bounce, show some professionalism and take this seriously. I definitely do.
I feel bad that I even have to mention my "rules", but I've been burned before, and I'm sure it will happen again. It really comes down to respect. After all, we are working towards the same goal, getting great images and to have a great time. I try to make my shoots fun and organic. I haven't had a client dislike the time we spent together yet. I look forward to hearing from you.
Thanks for checking me out! I hope we cross paths soon!
