I have been photographing for about 6 years. I joined this site due to my consistant interest of portraits and people. I work primarily in the medium of film, shooting 35mm, 4x5, and medium format. I also experiment with Polaroid, Super-8mm and VHS. I'm a straight forward shooter, the simpler, the better.
I am willing to put a model up at my place while in the Boston area and can send references upon request.
My influences in this line of photography are Diane Arbus, Nan Goldin, Ed Templeton, Ryan Mcguinley, and so on and so forth.
I generally wont pay when it comes to working with a model, due to my being broke as of late in that im addicted to film, caffine and cigarettes, the fancier things in life.
I understand modeling is work too, and a creative effort as well, but Im doing the whole "starving artist" thing right now, not by choice. If a model gives me there time, i will give them my time and produce something we both can walk away happy with. TFP is ideal.
Lately Im shooting Super8, Digital & 4x5.
