Stylist (Make-Up/Hair/Fashion) & Art Direction
I have been doing make-up for over 15 years (professionally for the last 6 years). I mainly did weddings and special events, however, I am now venturing into the world of photography.
I am definitely a photographer's make-up artist. I do not charge a kit fee. I work hourly with no minimum.
For $50/hour, I am available to do any/all of the following:
-most hair
-make-up
-fashion styling
-art direction
-inspiration/ideas for shoots
-help with model selection
(Note: I also work on the barter system. I have worked for facials, haircuts, clothes, jewelry, gift cards, etc. I don't need photographs, but if you have something you'd like to trade, I'm willing to negotiate.) :-)
I can work in studio or on location, as needed. I am self-contained, so if the shoot is on-location, I am set up to work right out of my SUV with power, lighting, etc.
As far as my favorite styles...most definitely fashion. High fashion, editorial. My ultimate goal would be to have my name appear in the credits of a fashion magazine for my make-up work in one of their shoots.
I'm the most responsible stylist you will ever meet (a background in Corporate America wil do that to you). I'm hardworking, dedicated and extremely creative. I love doing collaborative work that starts with inspirations, ideas, visions, etc. and ends with one PHENOMENAL photo!
