I am currently in transition, I am setting up a proper company which is the Japanese version of a LLC. This may mean that I am actually going to shoot less. I may end up more in a supporting role and more into the management of others. I will have my own studio and office in May 2013 and we hope to set up a Tokyo studio by the end of the year. 

I am always looking for new models to work with. I have a lot more to learn in working with teams; models, MUA etc.

I try to take care of models very well. I pay transportation, food etc. I also pay wardrobe, makeup, props, location etc. Thus I have a fixed rate I will pay models who are willing to work with me.
