About me
Hello and welcome to my site ;-)
My Name is KIM Welch (originally from Peru) and I've been involved with photography for several years. I started as a model in this industry, but was fascinated of what the camera was capable to do that I fell in love and ever since I've jumped behind the lens to do the work myself. It's just a different world inside the lens and how beautiful this makes things look.
My new passion has brought me here, and I've started a business (Photography-United) with a group of photographers in the Chicago area. Very pleased with the results... the sky is the limit! ;-)
I must say that I'm a very 'girly' photographer, and my studio has tons of props, from wigs, to outfits, to feathers, we've got it ALL! If you feel like experimenting give us a call; we work TF only with talented models but if you drop us a line we will be able to work something out. We also cover FASHION SHOWS and help the organizers recruiting models for their events; if you are interested on that let us know as well. We are very ORGANIZED and ONLY work with RESPONSIBLE and RELIABLE models; if you flake on us we will NOT CALL YOU AGAIN and will advice our network to do the same. Photography-United has 15 members, and belongs to a network of 300 industry insiders.
We LOVE new and creative ideas!!! We are very open minded, are up for anything, and very very very easy to work with! We have worked and organized sooooo many workshops that I will let the images speak for themselves.
